Remember how I wear black every day now? I haven’t minded it.

Anything recipe with mushrooms and red peppers is an automatic choice for me. Luckily, my roommate Gloria had a boy over to make her dinner, and after sitting at the bar to watch their “cooking show” and raving about his ingredient choices, I guess he got the hint I’d be more than happy to sample his cooking. Accompanied by homemade baked sweet potato fries, this sandwich did not disappoint.

I definitely said “definitely” fifteen too many times, and I couldn’t for the life of me think of the word “formal” — but for literally 100% winging it despite being emailed the questions in advance, I guess it was A-OK. Check out my TV debut here!
