(keep it) COOKIN`: portobello sandwich

Anything recipe with mushrooms and red peppers is an automatic choice for me. Luckily, my roommate Gloria had a boy over to make her dinner, and after sitting at the bar to watch their “cooking show” and raving about his ingredient choices, I guess he got the hint I’d be more than happy to sample his cooking. Accompanied by homemade baked sweet potato fries, this sandwich did not disappoint.
